This half day tour will be devoted to 100th Anniversary of the October Revolution happened in St. Petersburg in 1917. The tour will include the most remarkable places closely connected with the events happened 100 years ago such as world famous Cruise AURORA and museum of the Political History.
The tours will help the guests to understand the political situation that caused the global changes in Russian history.
The inclusion of Cruiser Aurora in the Golden Book of St. Petersburg as a historical monument of the maritime capital of Russia and the Navy was a sign of well-deserved appreciation of the legendary ship. The cruiser Aurora is included in the International Association of Museum Ships.
The State Museum of the Political History of Russia is a successor of the State Museum of Revolution which was created on October 9, 1919, after the decree of Petrograd Soviet of Workers and the Red Army Deputies.
